Oksana Wingback Ottoman Storage Bed with Gold or Chrome Accents

Last updated: 16 October 2026

The Oksana brings boutique-hotel glamour to your bedroom. Its tall wingback headboard is upholstered in deep vertical fluted lines, and slim metal accent strips run down each side of the fluted centre panel to catch the light. Choose warm gold, cool chrome, or no accents for plain, classic lines. Smooth upholstered wings frame your pillows, and a plain, low 30cm footboard keeps the look clean so the headboard stays the star. With headboard heights up to 210cm, the Oksana can be a real statement piece in a room with high ceilings. Lift the mattress platform on its smooth gas struts to find a spacious storage area with a solid base, perfect for bedding, towels and spare duvets. Shown here with gold accents in teal, ivory and grey fabrics, every Oksana is handmade to order in our Birmingham workshop.

Built to last

• Triple-reinforced frame: heavy-duty steel bars run the full length of the bed for extra strength.
• No legs: the bed sits directly on the floor, so there are no screw-in legs to wobble or snap.
• Solid storage base: the storage area has a solid base, keeping stored items clean and off the floor.
• Made for heavy mattresses: strong enough for heavier sleepers and deep, dense mattresses without sagging.
• Quiet and solid: handmade in Birmingham using traditional joinery, heavy-duty bolts and tee nuts, so it does not squeak or rub.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Oksana headboard look like?

The Oksana has a tall wingback headboard with deep, upholstered vertical fluted lines. Slim metal accent strips run down each side of the fluted centre panel, framed by smooth upholstered wings.

Can I choose gold, chrome or no accents?

Yes. Choose gold accents, chrome accents, or no accents for plain upholstered lines. Gold suits warm, cosy rooms, chrome gives a cooler modern look, and plain lines keep it simple and classic.

What headboard heights can I choose?

The Oksana headboard comes in 130cm, 150cm, 170cm, 190cm or 210cm, so you can go for a statement extra-tall headboard or keep it lower for a smaller room.

Does the Oksana have a footboard?

Yes. The Oksana has a plain, low 30cm upholstered footboard, so all the attention stays on the fluted headboard and the bed does not block the view across the room.

How much wider is the bed because of the wings?

The wingback design adds 16cm to the overall width. For example, a 4ft6 Double is 161cm wide including the wings and a 5ft King is 177cm wide.

How does the storage open?

The mattress platform lifts up from the foot end on smooth gas struts, opening up the whole storage area underneath. The storage area has a solid base, so stored items stay clean and off the floor.

Is the Oksana strong enough for heavier people and heavy mattresses?

Yes. The frame is triple-reinforced with heavy-duty steel bars running the full length of the bed, and it sits directly on the floor with no legs, so it stays solid and quiet.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is normally within 2 weeks of your order. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses.

Can I see the fabrics before I order?

Yes. You can order free fabric samples online, or visit our showroom at 24 Athole Street, Highgate, Birmingham, B12 0DA to see and feel every fabric.
