Its tall winged headboard is upholstered in wide horizontal channels that give a soft, layered look, while the wings wrap gently around your pillows for a cosy, cocooning feel. A sleek, low 30cm footboard keeps the lines clean and lets the headboard take centre stage. Choose a headboard height from 112cm to 182cm to suit your room, then pick from our huge range of fabrics. Lift the mattress platform on its smooth gas struts to find a spacious storage area with a solid base, perfect for spare duvets, towels and out-of-season clothes. Every Linnea is handmade to order in our Birmingham workshop.

• No legs: the bed sits directly on the floor, so there are no screw-in legs to wobble or snap.
• Solid storage base: the storage area has a solid base, keeping stored items clean and off the floor.
• Made for heavy mattresses: strong enough for heavier sleepers and deep, dense mattresses without sagging.
• Quiet and solid: handmade in Birmingham using traditional joinery, heavy-duty bolts and tee nuts, so it does not squeak or rub.
