Saffron Centre Panel Bed Headboard

Last updated: 24 October 2026

The Saffron Centre Panel Bed Headboard is built around a striking centrepiece. A broad, smooth padded panel sits in the middle, framed on each side by a pair of slim vertical panels, giving it a perfectly balanced, symmetrical look.

The wide centre panel shows off your chosen fabric beautifully, with no channels or buttons to break it up, while the narrower side panels add depth and a tailored, contemporary edge. Its clean rectangular shape suits modern and classic bedrooms alike, and the plump padding makes it comfortable to lean against when you sit up to read.

At 70cm high, the Saffron is designed to sit just above the mattress, so you see the full height of the design. It fits easily to standard divan beds using the wooden fixing struts supplied, or it can be fixed to the wall with the optional wall fixing brackets.

Please note: for wall fixing you will require appropriate screws for your wall and above average DIY skills.

Built to last

Every Saffron headboard is made to order by our own team in Birmingham. Each one is padded with thick foam and hand upholstered, with the centre panel and the four slim side panels cut and fitted separately, so every seam lines up straight and the panels sit flush along the top and bottom edges.

Choose your fabric

The Saffron is shown here in Ivory Atlanta, Grey and Teal Atlanta fabric. Plain velvets and wools suit the smooth centre panel especially well, as the fabric is shown across one wide, uninterrupted surface. Choose from our Smooth Velvet, Teddy, Linen, Chenille and Wool fabric collections to match your bedroom. Colours on screen are a guide only.
