The Valencia Chevron Bed Headboard makes a bold geometric statement. At its heart is a smooth, inverted triangle panel that narrows to a point at the base, with padded diagonal channels running alongside it on each side and angling down towards the centre to form a striking V-shaped chevron.
The two sides mirror each other perfectly, giving the headboard a balanced, Art Deco-inspired look that draws the eye to the middle of the bed. It has a clean rectangular outline, so the angled lines feel crisp and modern rather than fussy, and generous padding for comfortable support when you sit up in bed.
At 70cm high, the Valencia is designed to sit just above the mattress, so you see the full height of the design. It fits easily to standard divan beds using the wooden fixing struts supplied, or it can be fixed to the wall with the optional wall fixing brackets.
Please note: for wall fixing you will require appropriate screws for your wall and above average DIY skills.

Valencia, Riviera or Artemis?
All three of these headboards have an Art Deco feel, but each uses angled channels in its own way:
| Headboard | Design | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Valencia | Inverted triangle centre panel with parallel diagonal channels forming a V-shaped chevron | A bold, graphic look that points the eye to the middle of the bed |
| Riviera | Smooth rectangular centre panel with fanned channels on each side | A softer Art Deco look with a wide plain centre |
| Artemis | Channels fan out across the whole headboard inside a padded border | An all-over starburst statement |

Built to last
Every Valencia headboard is made to order by our own team in Birmingham. Each one is padded with thick foam and hand upholstered, with every diagonal channel cut to the same angle and fitted parallel to the centre panel, so the chevron lines stay straight and both sides meet exactly at the point.
Choose your fabric
The Valencia is shown here in Ivory Atlanta, Ivory, Teal Atlanta and Armour velvet fabric. Velvets pick up the light differently on each angled channel, which really sharpens the chevron effect. Choose from our Smooth Velvet, Teddy, Linen, Chenille and Wool fabric collections to match your bedroom. Colours on screen are a guide only.

Can the Valencia headboard be fixed to the wall?
Yes. Optional wall fixing brackets can be added when you order. For wall fixing you will need appropriate screws for your wall and above average DIY skills.
What sizes is the Valencia headboard available in?
The Valencia headboard is available in 2ft6 Small Single, 3ft Single, 4ft Small Double, 4ft6 Double, 5ft King Size and 6ft Super King Size.
