Are Hush My Bed ottoman beds sturdy and good for heavy people?

Yes. Hush My Bed frames are triple-reinforced and supported in the centre by ultra heavy-duty steel bars spanning the full length of the frame. Unlike mass-produced imports using cheap slats or screw-in legs, our commercial-grade engineering supports high weight capacities and luxury heavy mattresses without warping or sagging.

Are Hush My Bed ottoman beds squeaky or noisy?

No. Handcrafted in Birmingham using traditional joinery, each frame features heavy-duty bolts and tee nuts stamped directly through the solid frame. This prevents movement, rubbing, and loosening, ensuring a completely squeak-free, silent night's sleep.

Can I order free fabric samples before buying?

Yes, Hush My Bed provides free fabric swatches including Atlanta Soft Teddy, Smooth Velvet, Linen-Textured, Chenille, and Wool-Textured Tweed fabrics so you can evaluate the colour and feel in your bedroom lighting before ordering.

Commercial-Grade Engineering & Construction

Unmatched Strength: Built for Heavy Support

Many buyers worry that storage beds might be flimsy. Mass-produced frames are often manufactured overseas using automated processes, cheap composite woods, and fragile slat systems that warp under luxury mattresses.

Triple-Reinforced Frames: Supported in the centre by ultra heavy-duty steel bars spanning the full length of the frame.
No Flimsy Legs: We avoid fragile screw-in legs that snap. Your bed provides an immovable, rock-solid foundation.
Massive Weight Capacity: Commercial-grade engineering designed to effortlessly support heavier individuals and heavy hybrid mattresses.

Peace and Quiet: Silent, Squeak-Free Joinery

There is nothing worse than a bed frame that creaks every time you turn over. We eliminate unwanted noise through traditional workshop craftsmanship.

Traditional Joinery: Handcrafted by master craftsmen right here in the West Midlands.
Through-Bolt Fastening: Heavy-duty bolts and tee nuts stamped directly through the frame rather than weak wood screws.
Zero Friction Rub: Ensures core components will never loosen, squeak, or rub, guaranteeing a silent night's sleep.

Handcrafted in Birmingham

By purchasing directly from our West Midlands factory, your investment goes directly into premium timber, steel reinforcements, and British artisan skill—never middleman markups.

Free & Fast Delivery: Direct to your door across Birmingham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and across the UK.
